Returns
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in the same condition in which it was received
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all tags, certificates, and accessories supplied with the item
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Gift cards
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalised, engraved, bespoke, or made-to-order items
- Individual products purchased as part of a set (items must be returned as a complete set)
Please note that ear cuffs may be returned provided they meet the eligibility requirements above.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or return shipping costs paid by the customer are also non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they are safely received by us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@maysstore.com.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items may be returned in accordance with your statutory rights and this Returns & Refunds Policy.
Items that are faulty, damaged, not as described, or returned within the applicable cancellation period remain eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
