You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Mays Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please note if you are shipping to the UAE we can only deliver to PO boxes, not street addresses, so please enter your PO box number as the first line of your address at our checkout for it to be delivered successfully.
For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise Royal Mail may refuse your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
European Union (EU): all orders under €150 do not encounter additional charges or duties upon delivery. This means the price you pay in your cart is the final price you’ll pay.
Other International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. These are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover or reimburse this cost. This includes any import fees for orders sent with free shipping.
