So should your jewellery suffer any discolouration or tarnishing we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced at no additional cost to yourself. Please send us an email at contact@maysstore.com, you will be emailed with your postage label or QR code, along with the instructions of where to post.

Kindly note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items, or items that have suffered damage or breakage from everyday wear + tear (e.g.scratches/ snapping due to force/ bent ring) and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Mays.

Any manufacturing defects, (e.g. snapped chain or stone falling out of the jewellery) and 925 Sterling Silver/ Gold Vermeil jewellery sold in stores are covered by a separate six months warranty and not by the lifetime discolouration or tarnishing guarantee.
