- Orders £30.00 and above:
FREE (Royal Mail International Standard - not trackable) or £8.00 (Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed)
*Delivery Time: 3-5 working days from dispatch

Rest of the World
- Orders under £30.00:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The services Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail International Standard are not tracked. The services Royal Mail Tracked 24® and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed are fully tracked and must be signed for. If no-one is present at your address then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery.

Mays Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.

Mays Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note if you are shipping to the UAE we can only deliver to PO boxes, not street addresses, so please enter your PO box number as the first line of your address at our checkout for it to be delivered successfully.

For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout otherwise Royal Mail may refuse your delivery.
